Nice to virtually meet you! Here's what you need to know about me.

Deborah Lutner, ESource Coach

Deborah Lutner is a Career Ownership Coach with the Entrepreneur’s Source.  Her mission is “to help individuals identify their needs, goals and expectations,” not only for their career, but for their future, and guide them along the path to get there.

An operational leader with an extensive background in healthcare management, Deborah is very familiar with the challenges of shifting roles and developing new teams and paradigms in an ever-changing work place.  She understands the strategies required to establish new programs and build a business line.  With experience across the healthcare continuum in not-for-profit institutions and for-profit entities, Deborah always maintained a strong focus on customer service and patient / client / employee satisfaction – with extraordinary results.  She also has significant coaching and mentoring experience, helping individuals, teams and families navigate difficult situations.

Working with others, and reflecting on her own experiences, Deborah found that many people want more than what their day-to-day routine is offering.  People love their jobs, but their roles lack enough of what they love, or the jobs take them away from the patients / clients / employees they love, which caused the loss of the reward that sustains them.  Today, people seek greater fulfillment and more control over their futures.  Too often, however, people can’t find the path, or think that the path is too steep, and meaningful change is barred by perceived insurmountable roadblocks. Thankfully, there is a way forward.

As a Career Coach, Deborah helps her clients find the way forward to the future that meets their income, lifestyle, wealth and equity goals.  The coaching experience is at no-cost to the client.  Deborah only asks that her clients show up with an open-mind, a willingness to explore and a belief that they can create their own destiny.

“I started with just me and one truck, working out of my garage. I now have four employees, and I am in a commercial space. The earnings potential is pretty well limitless at this point. I am busy. I do have to spend time away from my family just as I did before. But now, if I want to stay home and cook my kids breakfast, I can. On nice sunny days, if I want to cut out early to take the kids swimming, I do. I don’t just have weekends to choose from anymore.”
